Vision
Our Sight First program has played a key role in reducing global blindness—building comprehensive and sustainable eye care systems, including projects that deliver eye care services, build or strengthen eye care facilities, train professionals and build awareness about eye health in under-served communities.
Youth
Young people are vital to everything we do. We make sure they’re always considered and represented in every program and initiative we support. Our Lions ensure their global efforts support youth in need, while also giving young people the opportunity to serve.
Disaster Relief
Whenever and wherever disaster strikes, Lions are often among the first to offer aid. And LCIF is right there with them, ready to support their efforts with funding assistance through global disaster relief programs.
Humanitarian
Working together, Lions identify the world’s most crucial needs, and we support them in humanitarian efforts that transform the lives of people around the world.
Diabetes
Diabetes is a global epidemic, affecting an increasing number of men, women, and children all over the world. As Lions and Leos, we see and feel the effects of diabetes in our communities and are doing something about it together.
Hunger
We serve to improve human flourishing. We see how the global hunger and nutrition crisis bears upon our local communities, and believe true community improvement depends on the thriving of its members.
Environment
The earth sustains human life. We’ve seen how our stewardship of natural resources can improve quality of life and increase engagement in our local communities. Our environment is more than a background: it’s our home. And we’re committed to caring for it.
Childhood Cancer
We’re dedicated to protecting our youth. Especially from the devastating effects of cancer. To help children all over the world who’ve been diagnosed with cancer, we’re supporting projects and initiatives aimed at improving their quality of life during and after treatment.
